Diamond and sapphire jewels consigned to Shrewsbury auction

Three pieces of diamond and sapphire jewellery consigned by a West Yorkshire owner are expected to sell for around £4,000 when they come up for auction later this month.

The jewellery includes an Art Deco bracelet with stylised bow valued at up to £2,500, a matching brooch at up to £700 and a diamond and sapphire ring at up to £1,500, which have been entered into our forthcoming fine pictures, silver and jewellery auction on 26th October.

Other potential stars of the jewellery section include a single stone diamond ring valued at up to £12,000, a Victorian 18ct gold ruby and diamond navette cluster ring, a late 19th century rock crystal reverse carved intaglio pug bar brooch and a late 19th century chrysoberyl, diamond, ruby and split pearl bee brooch, each valued at up to £600.
