Temporary Part-time Fine Art Administrator

Halls are recruiting a temporary, part-time auction administrator to their busy Fine Art team. We are looking for somebody friendly, efficient and conscientious with good typing skills. The Fine Art department is an interesting and vibrant environment and this will be an ideal job for somebody with a flexible and team-based approach.

 



Duties to include:
Office administration
Data input
Audio typing
Website editing and uploading content
Using auction software during an auction

 

Requirements:
Experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
Professional telephone manner and willingness to take on new challenges
Typing/Audio typing


 

The role is maternity cover for 4 days a week from November 2018 until January 2020.
