This special day celebrates International Repair Day and is supported by Veolia, the team managing Shropshire’s waste and recycling collections. It promises to be a fun, practical, and community-focused event, bringing people together to give well-loved items a new lease of life.

What’s Happening on the Day?

  • Repair Stations – Bring along your broken household items and watch them be repaired by skilled volunteers.
  • Valuations with Halls – Our very own Halls Valuation Team will be on hand to provide expert valuations. Whether it’s an item you’re bringing to repair or an antique tucked away at home, we’ll be happy to take a look.
  • Refreshments – Stay a while, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak up the community spirit.

Why Attend?

Not only will you be helping to reduce waste and save money by repairing instead of replacing, but you’ll also have the chance to discover the value of your antiques and collectibles. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to meet others in the local community who share an interest in sustainability and preservation.

There’s no need to prebook—just turn up with your items. Donations are welcome for any fixes carried out on the day.
