Artist Beverley Fry will be featured in The Darwin Gallery at Halls Fine Art, Battlefield with a new Retrospective Exhibition from June 5th - 30th, 2023

Halls Fine Art will be hosting an upcoming new solo exhibition by local artist Beverley Fry in the Darwin Gallery at its Battlefield showrooms next month.

The retrospective exhibition, set to take place from June 5-30, will showcase Beverley's 40-year long career as a professional artist, and represent the full range of Fry’s oeuvre including her landscapes, still life studies and portraits.

Fry was selected for the Sky Arts TV show Portrait Artist of the Year in 2018 and her self-portrait from the programme will be available for sale in the gallery during the exhibition (pictured above).

Visitors will be able to see the artist in action, as Beverley will be holding live portrait painting sessions in the gallery, where visitors can watch her at work with brush in hand.

 

The exhibition will be open weekdays 10 am – 3pm and admission is free.
