WW1 Recruiting documentation relating to Winterton near Doncaster

A quantity of First World recruitment ephemera relating, principally concerning the recruitment activities engaged by Mr G. H Tate as the Local Recruiting Agent for Winterton near Doncaster
including a newspaper clipping detailing the Earl of Feversham's appeal for recruiting farmers and farmers' sons to join the Yeoman Rifles (attached to King's Royal Rifle Corps);
letters from the Prince of Wales' National Relief Fund West Brigg Committee Hon. Secretary, November 1914, concerning creating a committee and meetings to recruit new soldiers;
a Parliamentary Recruiting Committee 'Direction for Canvassers' two-page booklet detailing how to recruit - notable points include 'Make a point of calling repeatedly until actually see the man himself. You must not be put off by assurances or statements from other people. Make a special report if ultimately you fail to see him. Put before him plainly and politely the need of the Country. Do not bully or threaten ... If he hesitates or refuses, try to find out what are his reasons. Note these carefully. Ascertain whether his difficulties or objections can be removed by furnishing him with information on any specific point (for example, pensions, separation allowances, vacancies in particular regiments), or by some possible action with his employer or relations).';
a letter from the Administrative Centre (5th Lincolns, Grimsby) 2nd August 1915; a blank short-service attestation form; Soldier's Separation allowance booklets; recruiting appeals; weekly rates of pay; a recruitment poster, 'ENLISTMENT IN THE REGULAR ARMY - HEIGHT NOW REDUCED TO THE NORMAL STANDARD FOR INFANTRY OF THE LINE';
and several pieces of correspondence between Sergeant J Lloyd and G.H Tate regarding recruitment, including one dated 4th June 1915, 'Dear Tate, the R.A.M.C is closed at present, but Cyril Walker would be accepted, as Chemist's assistant are required. Yes, I was very pleased we got those lads from Winterton. I hope we shall have some more in here soon. Shall I send a calling up paper to Walker and Ja** and see if I can get them passed through. What do you advise. Tell Walker I will get him in to the RAMC at any time, I should like to see him if he is over at Scunthorpe any time' etc
