Canadian Interest - WW1 Pair of Medals with miniatures awarded to Gnr W.G. Britt C.G.A

CANADIAN INTEREST -
A pair of First World War medals, comprising the War Medal and the Victory Medal named to "349345 Gnr. W.G Britt CGA" (Canadian Garrison Artillery)
framed together with a matching set of miniatures and a certificate issued with the war service badge, named to Signaller W.G. Britt "9th Battery", dated October 25th 1939.

Notes: William Godwin Britt was born in Toronto on 10th May 1898. He attested for service on 12th September 1916 with "C" Battery, R.C.H.A, arriving in England on the SS Mauretania on 30th November 1916. On 6th June 1917, he proceeded overseas to 9th SB and saw service in France before being detached as a wireless operator with Can. Corps Hoy. Arty.
