A silver gilt open face pocket watch by John Gaydon, London 1887, engine-turned case engraved with a vacant cartouche, white enamel dial with Roman hour markers, fusee lever movement, 52mm dia., gross weight 4.8oz, together with five various early 20th century gold plated pocket watches (not all running). (6)

Condition Report

Gaydon: Gilt rubbed in places. General surface wear consistent with age and use. Dial and hands good. Movement winds, sets and runs - not guaranteed for timekeeping.

Other watches: Not all running though movements appear intact, varying degrees of wear including some gold plating wear, sold as found with all faults.
