CRIMEAN WAR - Two Russian medals, with buttons and bullets recovered from Sevastopol

CRIMEAN WAR. A mixed group comprising a clay pipe and medallion, framed as one, bought in Sevastopol, Crimea, in October 2006; with a small group of bullets including Minié Balls, likewise purchased, and a further framed presentation case displaying a Russian Imperial Crimea War Medal 1853-56, Russian bronze award medal in Memory of the Crimean War, six various buttons and two further bullets; sold together with a Plan of the attacks and positions of the Allied Armies before Sevastopol in 1854-5, surveyed and drawn by Captn. Cook, Lieuts. Brine, Fisher ... [et al.] of the Royal Engineers ; and Captn. Baldwin, 31st Regt., Lieut. Grinlinton, 4th Regt., Assistant Engineers (Plate III from: Report of the Siege of Sebastopol)
