Condition Report

One has the back cushion buttoned through the cane back to fix it in position whereas the other chair has the back cushion loose. This chair also has a moleskin covering to the seat caning. Caning appears good overall but one chair has a small hole to the middle of the side. The rear supports of one chair have inserts at the end either in construction or later restoration, whereas the other chair does not.  Generally good overall with minor cosmetic marks consistent with age and use.
