circa 1840
transfer-printed in underglaze black and overpainted in blue, black and green,
comprising twenty-two plates, 23.5cm diameter and three meat plates, 45cm wide
underglaze printed pattern name and retailer 'John Forrester, Gordon St. Glasgow'

Condition Report
Three platters are undamaged, the fourth has a large crack to the underside.
Seven of the plates are damaged - though no repairs, the damage is in the form of foot rim or slight edge rim chips.
All pieces are crazed.
