Footnote:Trevor Chamberlain (b.1933) is a British contemporary artist. Born in Hertford, Chamberlain is a self-taught artist predominantly working in oils and watercolour. His subjects explore landscapes, marine and town scenes and he places emphasis upon the relationship between atmosphere and light. In 1971 he was elected a member of the Royal Society for Marine Artists and in 1972 elected member of the Royal Institute for oil Painters.
