Some very slight abrasion to the sapphire, sapphire measures approx 4mm diameter x 2.7mm deep, bright medium blue with small inclusions seen with 10x, diamonds light and bright, colour estimated G/H, clarity range SI1-I1 under 10x, some small chips to a few of the diamonds, slight wear to claws, some thinning to the shank, general wear, refer to images
