A very rare Caughley 'Contemplation' pattern fan-shaped quadrant dish, circa 1796-1799, painted in a dark underglaze blue with a three storey pagoda beside a plant and two figures to the left within associated hatched and ribbon border, the unglazed base unmarked, 34cm wide
