A Chinese Cizhou-type vase, Ming Dynasty, of globular form with everted rim and twin ribbed loop handles, decorated in colours with bands of stylised flowers and foliage, 16.5cm high. Provenance: Ex-Warren Cox collection, no.45 Footnote: This vase is illustrated in Warren E. Cox 'The Book of Pottery and Porcelain', p.513, pl.147, a copy of which accompanies the vase in the lot.
