A French Louis XV style simulated boulle marquetry mantel clock, marked Mappin & Webb Ltd

A French Louis XV style simulated boulle marquetry mantel clock, the movement plate stamped Samuel Marti, Medaille D'or Paris 1900, the dial in cushion enamels with black Roman and Arabic numerals, signed centrally Mappin & Webb ltd, the case with floral and foliate brass inlay and further gilded mounts, surmounted with a gilded urn laden with blooms, (with pendulum) 48 cm high.

Condition Report
Generally sound. 
The lettering to the dial is rubbed and faded. 
Minor age cracks to the ground throughout the case. 
Otherwise seemingly sound.
