Condition Report

The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The canvas is in good condition and the tension is sound, no obvious rips or holes. The paint surface has some flaking with loss down the left edge measuring 7.5 cm vertical, there is also a chip to the paint upper right- above the hand and near the ear. The frame has some general wear and tear, the joints are solid.
