PRESS PHOTOGRAPHY, German War Crimes and High-Ranking Nazis from the Second World War. Various publication dates, seemingly from 1933 up until the 1960s, together with a 1991 re-print of Hess, publicated by various press agencies.

Approximately 116 black and white photographs, a large number of which relate to the Nuremberg Trials and later captures of German war criminals.

Subject matter includes:

• A harrowing photograph of a pile of bodies of victims at Bergen-Belsen concentration camp (discretion advised)
• Gardelegen Massacre - The bodies of some of the 1000 prisoners who were herded into a barn and burnt alive (discretion advised); together with German forced to dig graves of their victims
• Figures such as Josef Mengele, Odette Sorlin, Constantin von Neurath, Alfred Rosenberg, Hans Frank, Albert Speer, Ribbentrop and many others
• International Tribunal members and legal experts
• Other Nuremberg scenes, including the court, trials, prison interior, etc
• Former Hungarian premier Laszlo de Bradossy defiantly shouting before being shot by firing squad
• Johannes Seipel being led to the gallows, November 1945 (one of five German civilians found guilty of killing 6 American flyers)
• Master Sergeant John C. Wood, hangman, posing at the gallows
• Hermann Goering's wedding day with Hitler in the background (acting as best man), 1935
• Admiral Shegetora Shimada and General Makahuru Homma awaiting trial behind bars

Some with rips and tears and edges, others dog-eared. Several are enhanced with pen for press publication
