A 19th century incised cane, likely of Colonial Indian origin, the tapering shaft with natural knot pommel, incised to the majority of the surface with exotic and fanciful animals, figures, buildings, decorative motifs, a ship and Navy symbols, initialled T.P. and dated 1824 with additional A.P. and 1829, 92cm long.
