Condition Report

Both canvases have been cleaned, relined and restored. Both paint surfaces have surface-level craquelure throughout with some minor paint losses and some small areas of re-touching to the paint. There are some minor surface level accretions and dirt. The frames are in good condition with solid joints, minor signs of general wear and tear.

Bidding indicates acceptance of the condition of the lot.  All lots are sold subject to general wear and tear commensurate with age and handling over time and only obvious faults will be mentioned after a visual inspection.
