A Chinese jade-handled silver letter opener, late Qing/Republic
The mottled green jadeite hilt of bamboo form, the guard carved with bats amid scrolling foliage, the ricasso cast in an archaistic vase form, the double-edged blade tapering to a point.

Condition Report
Good overall condition with only minor signs of age.  Jade does not appear treated/coloured.
