Condition Report
The painting is an oil on board, framed without glazing. The signature is bottom right, scratched into the paint. The paint condition appears generally stable- there is some lifting and cracking of the paint in its thickest application to the bottom right of the road. There is a chip with paint loss in the central house roof as well as lower-right just above the signature. There are a few surface abrasions with paint loss on the right edge. The frame is in good condition with solid joints, minor wear and tear.
