Thomas Henry Kendall: a small carved oak fire surround from the Chapel Street showroom
The ogee cornice above a hobnail moulded frieze, the arched fireplace flanked by blind fretwork spandrels above moulded pilasters, set on a moulded plinth base, 94cm wide x 118cm high.
Provenance: Acquired in 1957 at the disperal sale of Thomas Henry Kendall's Chapel Street showroom and workshop, thence by descent to the vendor.
