A pair of Chinese porcelain famille verte vases, 20th century, each of double gourd form with slightly flared neck, decorated in a distinctive flowering chrysanthemum head pattern on a copper red scrolling ground, with auspicious symbols depicted in the lower and upper borders, an alternating stylised leaf pattern encircling the neck, both with an apocryphal six character Kangxi mark in underglaze blue to the base, 30cm high
