Condition Report
The painting is a watercolour, framed under glazing- not examined external to the frame. The sheet appears in good condition, no obvious evidence for any rips, folds or creases and there are no signs of any deterioration. The paint condition is well preserved and appears stable, no signs of paint loss or deterioration. It is signed EAR Ennion lower right. The mount is in good condition as is the frame, the frame's joints are solid. Old label for Arthur Greatorex has been re-attached verso. 

The book is in excellent condition, has all pages and no signs of folding, rips or damage.
