A late 19th century Bluthner iron framed walnut cased boudoir grand piano, stamped to the frame with serial number 118029 (c1870-1875), with Julius Bluthner Leipzig device, on tapering squared legs and casters, 96 cm high, 147 cm wide, 163 cm deep.

The case is faded / sun bleached. 
Cosmetic scratches, blemishes throughout. 
Some tarnishing to the keys. 

Removed from a prominent local property, this piece has been used more as a room dressing than instrument, only played when visiting relatives or friends occasionally used it. It has not been tuned or internally cleaned for a number of years. 

Sensible to suggest that this piece will require restoration before it is played.
