A Regency tea caddy

A Regency tea caddy, principally veneered in flamed mahogany, cross-banded in rosewood with strung boxwood borders, the cover with a loop handle, opening to reveal a divisional interior, velvet lined with a pair of lidded boxes flanking a central well with clear glass dish, together with a small silver caddy spoon (displayed behind silver counter), 30 x 15 cm x 15cm high

Condition Report
The glass bowl is a much later pressed glass example. 
The external veneer and inlay is generally sound, with only light splitting to one of the sides and minor cosmetic blemishes commensurate with age and use. 

The interior is generally sound but tired, the central felt is present but needs some attention.
