Condition Report

The painting is framed under glazing, not examined outside of frame. The paint has fading and some areas of foxing around the mid skyline and lower right areas. The paper has some creases around the lower right. No obvious rips or tears. The frame has general wear and tear including a few chips, some surface cracls. the joints appear solid.
