A Chinese Dehua dragon wine ewer, Qing Dynasty, 19th century
Of cylindrical 'hand scroll' form, the handle, spout and cover finial modelled as sinuous chilong, 15.5cm high.

Provenance: Private English collection. Acquired in Singapore between 1949 and 1961, thence by descent to the vendor.

Condition Report

Very small firing fracture to the inner rim, otherwise good overall with only negligible signs of age.
