Kaendler, comprising, 'Sight'; represented by a goddess with telescope, eagle and child; 'Sound' as a goddess playing a mandolin beside a singing cherub; 'Taste' as Aphrodite eating an apple, a monkey and cherub beside, 'Scent' as a goddess and cherub smelling flowers and 'Touch' as a goddess with a parrot on one outstretched hand, with a dog and two children playing beside her feet, each on scrolling gilt bases, underglaze blue crossed swords and various incised numbers, 28cm high (some minor restorations) (5)
