Misha Chahbazian was an Iranian artist from Isfahan, who is known for his brightly coloured watercolours depicting urban and rural landscapes of Iran against historical and holy landmarks. He was part of a group of painters known as the Watercolour School of Isfahan or the New Jolfa Painters.

Condition Report

The paint condition is good, being well preserved without signs of deterioration. There are a few small minor accretions present and a few small minor creases mid-left and mid-right, there is also a small patch of paint bleeding to the upper right side next to the mount. The frame is in good condition with solid joints and only minor signs of general wear and tear
