This item is a watercolour, framed under glazing- not examined external to the frame. The sheet appears well preserved with no obvious evidence for any rips, creasing or folds. The paint surface is well preserved, there is no visible signs of paint loss or deterioration, the surface appears stable. The watercolour is signed bottom right. The frame is in good condition with solid joints.
