A small, well-proportioned, early 19th century oak housekeeper's cupboard, with ebonised inlaid kite-shaped escutcheons, the moulded cornice above two triple panelled doors, the central panel pierced with a chain pattern, enclosing two shelves, the base with three frieze drawers above two panelled cupboard doors, raised on extended stiles, some old damage, 105cm wide x 48cm deep x 180cm high

Condition Report

Later cornice returns - well matched Lacking section of left hand door, bottom right - 5.5cm x 3cm. Patinated chips, dents and scratches consistent with age and use. Drawers with later linings.


Overall - good colour and nicely figured front. Good proportions. No evidence of worm.
