A Chinese bronze vase, Hu

A Chinese bronze vase, Hu, Ming style but probably later
With twin dragon-head handles and cast with two bands of daotie masks and symbols, the domed foot with a cast band of waves, fitted for conversion to a table lamp, 32.5cm high.

Condition Report
1/3 of the foot appears to have been repaired visibly.  Elsewhere there is surface pitting consistent with age, two shallow dents below one handle.  Footrim and base drilled to accommodate chord.  Interior not visible due to light fitting.
