Condition Report
Not exhaustive but all items showing signs of age and use including the following issues:
Cup: Lacking cover
Phoenix bowls: One chipped and cracked.  One with very small rim chips.
Flower bowl: Tiny hairline to rim.  Fritting to rim edge.
Landscape bowl: Visible hairline.  Small chip to foot rim.
Buddhist bowl: Tiny chips to rim.

Bidding indicates acceptance of the condition of the lot.  All lots are sold subject to general wear and tear commensurate with age and handling over time and only obvious faults will be mentioned after a visual inspection.
