A Chinese ivory-ground embroidered silk robe, Jifu, Qing Dynasty
The summer robe woven with a peacock and peahen amidst a profusion of flowers and birds above a lishiu wave band, with further birds and flowers to the back and sleeves, all on a pale ivory coloured ground, 108cm (42 1/2in) long, together with an embroidered silk panel, of rectangular outline and worked in gold couched thread with two roundels featuring dragons amid clouds and a 壽 shou symbol, against a black ground, 95cm x 59cm. (2)

Condition Report
Generally good overall.  Some minor stains to the outside - not disfiguring.  Some minor stains and discolouring to the inside.  No obvious holes, tares or repairs.  Button loops a little stretched.
