A Chinese blue and white tazza from the Vung Tao cargo, circa 1690
The shallow bowl set on a knopped stem above a domed foot, decorated with auspicious flowers and foliage, the bowl interior with a stylised chrysanthemum medallion.
14cm high (repaired)

Condition Report

Repair/restoration to the bowl rim where an 8cm section has been broken and re-glued. Further repair to a section of the foot rim. Very minor fretting to the rim. Seabed glaze erosion throughout.
