An early Victorian silver gilt wine ewer, Elkington & Co., London 1859, of elongated oval form with graduated diamond ground and two engraved oval panels depicting birds on a sprig, with reeded handle, hinged cover and raised on circular foot, 34cm high, weight approx 21oz
