Condition Report

There is some minor paint flaking to the hat, predominantly near the front interior brim, and also some further flaking to the feet. Further loss to the paint is visible on the handle and to one button on the blue coat.

There is a small chip to the very end of the pipe's handle and a very small knock to one corner of the base, which has resulted in some glaze and paint loss. Otherwise, no further signs of any damages or any repairs/restoration.
