An 18th century gilded, Rococo style, wall mirror

A 18th century gilt-wood and gilt gesso, Rococo style, wall mirror, the rectangular-form frame pierced and carved with foliate and 'C' scrolls, gilding rubbed, some restorations, 114cm high x 61cm wide

Condition Report

Gilding very rubbed in places. Some restorations, including pendant re-stuck. No obvious damage, apart from hairline cracks and chipped gesso and gilding. The mirror plate is heavily foxed and spotted throughout but is free from chips or cracks.
