Two Korean celadon jarlets, Goryeo Dynasty

Two Korean pottery jarlets, Goryeo Dynasty, the first of flattened ovoid form with everted rim, decorated in white and dark ochre slip with a band of five flowerheads under a pale green glaze, 4cm high; the second of similar shape, decorated with a pale green glaze suffused with a fine crackle4.5cm high. Provenance: Private English collection, acquired prior to 1990.

Condition Report
The first: Very small restored chip to the rim outer edge.  Hairline from mid section to the foot rim.  Minor glaze wear to the mid section.  Fine crazing and small areas of staining.
The second: Good overall with negligible signs of age.  Kiln grit to the foot rim.  Minor glaze wear to the rim.
