of plain cylindrical form, with double indented plain strap handle, decorated in overglaze enamel and gilt with a shield-shaped cartouche of purple flower heads, containing monogrammed initials highlighted in red enamel and two overglaze enamel doves traditionally associated with the 'L'Amitie' pattern above, gilt line edge and additional gilding to handle, unmarked,
