A large and rare Caughley 'Natural Sprays' grace or toasting mug, circa 1775-80, transfer-printed in underglaze blue with the main floral print and a supplementary butterfly and moth, printed C with serif mark, 11.2cm high and 12cm diameter (a.f)

Condition Report

A portion of the base/lower body has been reassembled in a museum-style professional repair with associated hairline cracks extending from the original point of damage. This mug still displays very nicely.
