Condition Report
The eagle on the hilt has heavy verdigris and there is a chip to the top of the wooden hilt on the opposing side which measures approximately 1cm w x 6mm high. Around the enamel SA symbol, there are two further cracks to the wooden grip and there is also some loss of enamel to the edges. There are two small nicks to the edge of the blade, approximately 3/4 of the way down. The scabbard has general wear - the black paint shows signs of craquelure but remains generally fair.
