An oak single gate leg action table

An oak single gate leg action table, basically 18th century, the oval six plank top above cut bracket ends and raised on six pilaster and block turned legs joined by grooved flat stretchers, 123cm extended length, 94cm wide 72cm deep

Condition Report

Central top plank with running split 42 cm from edge to middle, another plank with 25cm split, also various smaller splits to top planks and grain splits, stretchers with one large hole through central stretcher and another, now plugged, significant old worm damage to one leg and more to bottom of legs, strengthening bars to table planking, ends likely replaced, wear and tear throughout commensurate with age and daily use
