Condition Report
Teapot- some very good professional restoration to both sides of the lower half of main body of the teapot and to the lower portion of the handle, with repainting and gilding. Difficult to tell what has occurred, possibly to cover large body crack(s). The handle and spout do not appear for have been off the body, however. The cover is undamaged and shows no signs of repair, just some slight rubbing to the gilding.

Teapot stand- gilding loss.

Sucrier- large crack through base, a secondary small crack to the rim elsewhere and a third hairline to the base together with a hairline to underside of cover.

Cups- 1 with crack around lower terminal of handle. Another cup has a faint, short hairline to the body.

Where there is rubbing, it mostly restricted to the gilded tendrils on the exterior and some areas of the rims.Several cups with firing cracks around the handle terminals.

Cream jug - some heavier rubbing to the gilding on the rim and a couple of scratches through the floral panels.

Saucers- some general wear to gilding and a few with fleabites to foot rims. One with a faint hairline to the centre.

Plates - 1 is chipped with associated crack and heavily rubbed.

Several of the pieces have some quite fine crazing - e.g. a couple of cups, the cream jug.
