Condition Report
Oil on canvas, framed, no glazing. The canvas is not secured to the frame. Loss of tension in the canvas, giving way to some cockling, particularly in the upper left and right corners, and down along the left hand side. Loss of paint around the edges of the canvas were the inner frame rests.Visible surface accretions, mold spots, above the back of the dog and on the bottom half right of the canvas, along the edges of the frame. See additional photographs. For the rest colours well preserved and the painting would benefit from a clean and being restretched.
