A Chinese famille rose box and cover, Qing Dynasty, possibly Qianlong
Of rectangular outline, moulded as a partially open scroll, the top relief moulded with a scene of a fisherman wading in shallow waters and encountering a Shen, the sides moulded with fretwork, with a carved hardwood stand, 13cm wide.

Sold for £650


Condition Report
Good overall with no damage or repair.  Only negligible signs of age.  Wood stand has some cracks to the edge.
