A Victorian garnet, pearl and enamel locket brooch

A Victorian garnet, pearl and enamel locket brooch, designed as a central oval cabochon garnet set with single split pearl and within white enamel border, all mounted to navette shaped yellow metal locket brooch with rope and bead decoration, suspending removable conforming garnet, pearl and white enamel drop with graduated hinged tassel fringe, the reverse with brooch fitting and attached pendant lug, 77mm long, weight approx 18.6g, within original fitted box, together with a later yellow metal chain, the barrel snap stamped '9ct', 44cm long, weight approx 6.5g
