Paul Martinez-Frias was born in 1929 and spent much of his early years divided between the UK and Spain. In 1975 he relocated to Wales and has been active in the country every since. Frias is still a resident artist at the Spectrum Gallery in Machynlleth.

Condition Report
The painting is an oil on canvas, framed without glazing. The paint surface appears to be stable without any obvious evidence for paint loss or deterioration. The canvas has good tension and does not have any visible rips, tears or holes. The painted frame has minor wear and tear, joints appear to be solid
