Footnote: The limited edition was issued in 3 different bindings. The commonest appears to be half orange cloth over marbled boards. Others were issued in quarter vellum over orange boards. The most desireable binding is the publishers pictorial cloth, as here, usually found on the lowest numbered copies. Less than half the limited edition of 600 were published in pictorial cloth.
